#1: The Penn State Berkey Creamery
The Penn State Creamery has so much history at Penn State and is a lifelong tradition. Stop by and get some delicious ice cream and learn about its rich past. Most of the milk and dairy is home grown from the 225 cow herd located in the University's Dairy Production Research Center. We recommend Peachy Paterno!
#2: Beaver Stadium
The home of the Nittany Lions! Beaver stadium is named for James A. Beaver who was a former governor of Pennsylvania and president of the university's board of trustees. The capacity of the stadium is 107,282 making it the third largest stadium in the world! We recommend that your visit to Beaver stadium be for a football game but it is awesome to just go see it any time you can.
#3: Old Main
Originally called "Main Building", Old Main is the landmark building of the Penn State University Park Campus. It was built in 1863 and took a total of 6 years to complete. Bells from the tower of Old Main play every 15 minutes and on weekends play the PSU fight song. The bell in the tower was a gift from the class of 1904.
