PSUMoms maintains and processes your email account and its contents to provide the the free email service to you. Please use your free email account for personal use and do not abuse the privledge. We reserve the right to remove or delete your account for any reason, including improper use and invalid user information.
User further agrees not to use PSUMoms' Email to send any messages or material that are unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation, or contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any harmful or deleterious programming rountine.
We may disclose an individual User's name, address, email address or telephone number without such User's prior consent and without any liability to User or any third party, to the extent necessary to or appropriate to i) comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant; ii) protect and defend the rights or property of us or enforce or further the application or intent of the terms of this Agreement; or iii) act to protect the personal safety of Users or the public iv) for other reasons that we may disclose to Users from time to time.
Anyone registering themselves for the email service shall be deemed to have consented to these terms, which may be varied from time to time.
